Memorable Fishing Excursions on Boston Harbor
What to Bring? Although the boat is fully supplied with fly and light tackle rods and reels, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. 8-10 weight fly rods are recommended. Camera, sunblock, jacket, hat, sunglasses are suggested. Soda, juice, and water will be provided on each charter. Please let Capt. Webb know of any special requests.
What will we catch? Boston Harbor is a terrific fishery that has made a comeback in recent years. Striped bass, bluefish, and bluefin tuna make their way into local water each spring and are prevelant in and around the many beautiful islands. Striped bass and bluefish are the targeted species in each charter.
What if I have never been fishing before? As a teacher, Captain Webb is a patient and enthusiastic guide. He encourages all levels of fisherman to come out. If you are a first-time fly fisherman, casting lessons can be arranged prior to a trip.
Directions: Constitution Marina is Convienently located in the Charlestown Navy Yard. There is parking at the marina or street parking during the weekend.
